Just One Life!

It's a very sweet poem. However, what if we have more than one life. Many religions believe this and I have for most of my life. It never made sense to me that God only gave us one chance to be "good" - that's what I was taught in Catholic church. So you mean God is so unfair that he gave the beautiful blond a movie star voice and the starving black child in Africa each one life to do with what they would. Ugh! Now if you believe that we each get to come back and perfect our soul more with each life until we have shared all of our experiences with God (which he can not get on his own as he is not a person) until we are Christ-like. Then that makes mores sense to me.

wow, it's a great poem... yes, we live only once, so use this precious time as efficient as possible... because we regret everything at the end, and we are in the beginning right now... just think about everything we'll do, think about the advantage and disadvantage... don't make other people sad... just always smile and the world will smile with you...

Interesting approach, but it sounds to me more like a song's lyrics :P You should try writing a song too, if you have any musical knowledge.

wonderful,it reads easy and fluent.and is full of meaning inside the poem,at the same time,it looks beautiful.maybe the last one sentense can be improved by some rectifying,it is just my idea,maybe not right ,in a word ,i like it.

hi friend i have hobby of poetry in hindi because i write in hindi. but when i read poems in other language i concentrate on there thoughts , and your poem has good message for people. we have just one life and lots of thing to do, but positive thing is that , god bless us with such a precious work to give cheers to spreed happiness , that is necessary for us to have a cheerful and satisfied life . have fun dear you poem is very nice hope my comment is not bad take care have a nice time
