do you know how long extra10 is taking to pay their members?

extra10 is a site by willj, and despite his very good reputation, he is not performing well.
extreme delays are going on at earn3.com, and members are being paid about 4 months after cashout request.
what about extra10? does anyone know the payout time?
willj used to be on my goodbook, now situations are quickly changing.

I also know willj is a good admin. Currently, he is trying to enter instant payout in earn3. But he is now delaying lot to pay others. I am not a member of extar10, but I get the update from by friends. But he takes a good decision by reducing the minimum payout of earn3 in 3$. I hope he will take more staffs to pay soon. Now, Ias I know you also need to wait more than 3 months for extar10. Happy day!

I'm from Italy... can I join in to or is this only for 'brothers'? 
I have just been through 4 pages of discussions and it's the same old story, just the name of the site changes every time.
Just like a book 'Once upon a time there was a site called....'
Shame it never ends like the book though as no site lives happily ever after it seems
