I know doctors say you're suppose to get at least eight hours of sleep a night. Now, me personally, I'll be lucky to get any more than six. I know more people that don't get eight hours of sleep a night, than do. My question is: How many hours of sleep do you averagely get a night? And, "How do you think that number affects that days events?" Please reply...comments welcome.

I have always heard that you have to have eight hours of sleep each night to function properly, but I believe that how much sleep depends on the person and how much they need,I personally usually get like twelve hours of sleep each night because otherwise I am very sluggish when it comes to what I do,and I tend to easily get irritated and cranky when it comes to what I do,and I am always unhappy when I get woken up early lol.

During weekdays I get around six to seven, but during weekends, I get around ten. ; ) On weekdays, I just want to go back to sleep on my warm bed, but I'm forced to wake up and drag myself to work.

I usually average around 10-11hrs a night, seriously. Always have, always will. Don't know why I sleep so much just feels right and that is when my body wakes me up.
