how much long on fruits??????

From what I've read, one can stay on fruits for quite a while but not wise to stay too long as we need the minerals found in tender greens like lettuces and need celery for the sodium. Also good to eat some of the non-sweet fruits like cukes, tomatoes, and red peppers.
