Please allow me to respond here. Before, I was a Roman Catholic. Thanks God, I was converted to a real Christian where I found the true meaning of Christianity. The real Christian is to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. It's the only thing that can save us and not the Saints or Mary. Coz, they also redeemed from sins. Jesus said "I am the way, the truth and life, no one cometh unto the Father, but by me", (not by Mary, not by St. Peter or anyone else!). So, how come we must worship other saints for it is only Jesus the only way!. I'm sorry to say about it, but the very obvious question really is, why Catholic still worships on graven images? I read the Bible, meditate it and found out that the doctrine on Catholic is blinded me up before. We must follow what is really written on the Bible. The fundamental doctrine and what is necessary for us. The Bible must be King James Version, the authorized bible translated and edited last 1611. Unlike other versions that were "revised".

Catholics do not idolize statues or any images. Statues or other religious symbols are there to make us remember of God. In Malta we have village feasts where each village church is dedicated to a saint. There is a procession with the statue amongst other festivities. Although I am not a fan of the village feasts, one should not misinterpret them as an idolatry. Saints are there so that catholics can remember that these saints were human beings like us who loved God. If they did it we can do it too. The Saints are there so that we take their example! God should remain the catholic's focus and not the statues.

Catholics not necessarily idolized images. Christian have their bible interpreted and delete some passages Catholics have, and present it as if the same Catholic Bible. Christian are Catholics but were converted to be Christian alone of some belief, and one is that of Mama mary and the rosary, and the patron images of saints. Through Jesus, Roman Catholic traced to the time of appointment of Peter to be the first disciple -Pope and from generation to generation, now Pope Benedict XVI, with doctrine pass by scholars of theology and religious council, to formulate a Bible teaching to Catholic - universal union of Christ followers, based on its center, the Rome. While Christian community originate during this 1500's negate , in contrast with some of the doctrine of the Catholic. Through searching and reading, I was able to understand the existence of Mama Mary, and all the saints. it was done perfectly to her acceptance, Christ came to salvation ,and the preaching of disciples to Jews and the Gentiles, we are. Through Mary, even its not time for Jesus ministry, was given a privilege to do some miracle at the Wedding in Cana. The saints is the reflection of what virtue and sacrifices means, not directly idolizing them, but merely understanding how they came to saints. Can i be saint ,too? yes, we can be all saint, thats the purpose of God to have his children became all saints. Praying can be done anywhere, but to keep your Holy communio with God, He designate a praising area where you can easily talk to Him. This place of worship is where we solemly pray, without the distraction affecting us outside of the church. In our room, a place God wants us to keep you in communication and any place where you can be alone. They are images, not to worship them, but in represent that you need someone to talk to. You can say what you want and do what you want. others, dont have this graven images, they find it insulting that since we can pray anywhere, they find it easy to pray directly. The pastor or elders , same person of whose authority , but with what they discern they are, listen to your needs to your problems with no absolution of your sin, they pray you over and done. In Catholic we say our sin to priest, give penance and absolution to our sin with authority by the ordination they received from the Pope. The saint in representation, help us to pray for us, to help us intercede in pardoning our sin, in renewing our faith to God , that we will not be lost. Like Mama Mary, the saint, even the prophets of old , they are passing spirit, that even in the grave yard they can fullfill the needs through pray, intercede through prayer and help us to pray to God.
