GOOD PTR sites and BAD ones to avoid!!

It is so frustrating to read of scam PTR sites where I have just joined. Can any of you site a few good ones? Those not in any database of scam sites. Those you can personally recommend because you are someone you know have been paid already many times. Thanks for your replies.
