When was the last time you received BEST RESPONSE?

I've never received one, I think mostly because I do a lot of posts in the Politics forum, and most people don't like my answers because of my conservative views so they have been rating me down. Once I finally hit 100 posts I had a 3 stars and after people didn't like my views in the politics forums they rated me down. So I need to stay away from there anyways, this election has really been bringing out the worse in people myself included and as a mom of two toddlers I can't be having the worse come out of me. It's hard though because I see how the world is changing not for the better and I look at the faces of my sweet girls and it saddens me the things they will have to face as they get older, and it makes me want to stand up and do something about it. But going up against people who like to play dirty isn't very effective either.

I think yesterday or a while ago, i really don't remember,now wait don't I am good at responding, I am just concentrated on responding that is why i get a lot of BR, but if you will judge it on my number of post and put some statistics on it, my br numbers is so poor. no even ten percent of my post.

It does not mean that your responses are not good. Maybe you are unlucky. You need the lucky fairy to kiss you on your nose :) I got a BR award this morning. I just take it with a pinch of salt. I always try to answer a thread with the best of my ability. Sometimes I think that I deserve to win a one or two but I don't get mad if I don't get it. Early this morning i receive a best response. I never know until i check my email just now. I was so surprise because i never thought i will get a best response for that discussion. I know how you feel about earning a best response. It's something great and it light up my day when i get one. I feel it's so worth to spend more typing for discussion.

I haven't receive one yet. Probably cause I haven't really posted something to be labeled as the best response. I mean most of my responses are really just what easily comes to mind and never really think if it's a relevant answer or not. Hehe. It's not always the case cause whenever I see a topic that interests me then I always try and give a honest answer.

I received an email from MYLot that I have the best response YESTERDAY and I am soooo happy! I achieved something this week even if I fail on the other. I am so glad and thankful that someone appreciated my response. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

you know i haven,t really paid that much attention to best responses but i just answer question that spike my interest and i try to be fair and answer alsort of question when i can so don,t give up it will happen for you soon keep up the good work you are doing have a bless day.

Hehehe! What a price! But since my answer cannot be the most meaningful one, I think I gotta pass, lol! I don't think "something" is happening to you. Sometimes, we just have to accept the fact that we cannot please everybody. So it's always possible that you've pleased certain people before, thus, the BRs but lately, some people are pleased alright but have found something more pleasing. It's not because of you, it's because of other people's preference. As for me, I think (not really sure, hehhee) I've been receiving at the most, one BR a day. I haven't been busy at mylot lately, so it's kinda expected. I only have around 38 BRs (the most recent was from GreenEagle24 under his discussion "Idioms" which he gave me yesterday) but I don't mind. I know I did my best in responding, it's just that others have been doing their best as well. Though I love a clean and fun competition, I am never a sore loser. I just have to accept that my best wasn't good enough or something like that.

I'm very active here and post a LOT, so I usually receive a 'best response' every day, sometimes several of them. I don't know what the big deal is, though. It's nice to be recognized and I appreciate that people take the time to pick one, and I guess I should be flattered.

This week, I believe. I'm always surprised to get this and I seem to get it fairly often which is kind of complimentary. I like that.

i just got 2 BR yesterday alone and i had one in a couple of days ago and last week i think i had 3 or 4 of them in different days. you are absolutely right that somehow the feelings to have a best response in really good and soothing to do more good response to all discussions. i think i have accumulated enough to out class the number of discussions i made or started.

Im new in mylot, so i never get a best response :) Anyways i hope to get it one day...

Well I'm new to all of this so I have never received one. Does it show in your profile when you get a BR? I have given them in posts that I have started and I usually give it to the one that responds with the most pertinent information or experience in th subject. How long should you wait before giving it though a few days to make sure everybody has responede? Maybe a week? Hmmm what do you think? Happy MyLotting!

I belive it was just today. I don't get that many best responses. Whenever I do, it does feel good. Nowadays I remember to thank the person who award me with the best response. I think it is great if people here at myLot does that in appreciation. YOu will get some sooner or later. Just keep posting!

I just check my BR box and found that I just a new BR an hour ago. I very suprise with it because I respond the discussion yesterday and get the BR the next day. I'm very happy because my answer give them a solution for their problems. But I think you just need a time and you will get the BR soon. I hope and wish you will huge of BR. I only have three best responses and the last best response I received was from a topic called "the movie you never get tired off". I said that I love to watch City of Angels of Nicolas Cage and Meg Ryan and I would never get tired of watching it. Especially when Nicolas Cage said his line "I would rather have had one breath of her hair, one kiss from her mouth, one touch of her hand than an eternity without it." I have watched this movie about a dozen times and I will still watch it in the coming years.

I have received 2 best reponse and have only been on mylot for 3 weeks and my last one was yesterday. The topic was about a baby shower. And her story was to a point familar to my story. My first one was about have you ever had a happy cry. And when I wrote my comment it was like a 5 minute story. I'm hoping to sooner or later get to my payout and hopefully many more best respones.
