If happen in my side i just ask another glass, specially if i see they are so busy, specially if in special occasion, because we know how tired they are, even just watching how they serve.

I will complain if it were a restaurant - I'll ask for the waiter or probably the manager. But if it was someone's home, I'd politely bring my glass to the kitchen and ask for a replacement. I won't do it infront of the other guests because that will embarrass the host.

i will not complain BUT i will not ignore it coz seeing that fingerprint in the glass will bother me : if the person's hand who held that glass are clean or not...can you imagine drinking on the glass when you know millions of germs are on it?
i will wash it secretly or wipe it with a clean cloth, to be safe.
