I have been trying every kind of stuff to make my lil girl eat meat but unfortunately none of them works.
She only like egg, noodles, pasta, rice with soup and beans.
Can anybody tell me how I could urge my kid to eat meat? or is she a born vegetarian though she only eats few of a kind veggies.
And btw, she loves fruit. Such as Mango, rambutan, and banana.

I would not push it. Instead I would just try offering her other foods that she can get her protein and vitamins from. Or just keep trying different types of meat. Maybe there is one kind that she will like. My daughter is only 19 months old and she has days where she will eat meat and other days where she won't touch it. My son is 8 and he eats meat with no problem most of the time.

I'm not sure how old your daughter is... but I do know that if you push your kid to eat something... usually they won't. Maybe offer it to her and encourage her to try it. But I wouldn't force it because you have to pick your battles... and forcing a child to eat something is probably losing battle. You may want to offer alternatives to meat. If she does not eat meat... be sure to give her a vitamin though and offer veggies and other foods that have protein and iron. For some kids, it's a phase, but for others it's just what they like and don't. However, there are plenty of vegitarian kids out there who if fed properly and given vitamins grow up just fine. Good luck. Maybe try some natural parenting chat boards.... many natural moms are vegitarians and could give you some good tips.

i wouldn't push it too much. be careful on the eggs since that can give her high cholesterol. i remember i used to eat a lot of eggs when i was little and the doctor told my mom to stop giving me so much.
what she needs is the protein which she can get from things OTHER then meat. the beans should be a good source of protein. it may take her time, maybe she just doesn't like the texture or taste. you can even try to hide the meet in other things if you insist. experiment with different things she'll want to eat. but again, don't stress too much. as long as shes getting the proper balance of nutrition then she should be alright. it may just even be a phase she's going through sometimes my son will only eat meet. sometimes he'll only want noddles or rice.

Maybe she dose not like the taste or the smell of the meat, you can try to use some flavour to keep them away. so that your kid can accept meat much easier than now.
If that doesn't work well, you have to talk with her about the problem, and make her now that meat is good and important to her body.
I hope that can help.

You could try mixing it in, such as with pasta and sauce so she will at least eat some of it.
Continue to offer meats, but don't try to make her eat them if she refuses. If you try to push her, she will resist even more. Instead, give her other foods that are high in protein, such as nuts, beans, peas and dairy foods such as cheese and yogurt. Eventually she may try the meat, but in the meantime she'll be getting the nutrients she needs.

At one point, its good that she likes to vegetables and fruits. Other kids don't like them. But since she is still a kid, she really needs to have protein in her diet. Meats are pretty good sources of vitamin B-6, protein and other known nutrients. I guess you should think of a motivation to persuade her to eat meat. Or you may add meat on her vegetables to get the nutrients from the broth. Have a nice day!
