how to handle clients and your managers

I use to be a waiter at a restuarant in the city. the other day i got fired just because i helped an eldery lady to cary her take away food to to her car that was j;ust 10m away from whre i was working. and the next day my friend got fired because he refused to ppay the bill of a client that just stood up and walked out of the shop. now i want toknow how should i react and feel against my emloyer and that client. im possed off because now i dont have an income any more and i have bils to pay

If you were fired for being considerate to one of THEIR customers and your friend was fired for something that he had no control over i think you should be glad you are out of an unstable work environment and find a job where they appreciate their employees showing consideration to their customers because that is one of the things that keeps coustomers coming back.
