How many hours of music you hear per day?

Music is a good medicine to our mind and can stabilize and help us have a have a balanced mind state which is important for performing well on any day.
I listen to music from the moment i wake up till i go to office. Then after office hours i plug in the ear phone till i reach home and then the player at home keeps me happy till i go to sleep at night.
Do you hear music for more hours everyday?

I can't listen to more than 2 hours of music per day without getting a huge headache. Plus since I get so distracted by the music, I find it very hard to concentrate on my work so I usually wont turn on any background music at all.

I listen to music pretty often. I enjoy it in the car, at home when I am going about my housework, and often when I am reading or relaxing. However, I do enjoy quiet once in a while, too. I sometimes sit outside and just listen to the birds, wind, or whatever other sounds there are.
