Health: How many classes of water you drink in a day

I absolutely love water. It's my favorite drink. And not the kind with flavors in it. Just plain oldfashioned water straight form the tap. (Well actually straight from the brita water filter) I only drink soda when I'm out at a restaurant or if I need something differnt and even then the only kind i like is gingerale. The only juice I really like is cranberry juice and I don't drink it very often. So I drink probably about 20 + glasses of water a day.

Dear friend,One should normally take 8 glasses of water to keep a balanced health, unless you are restricted to take more water on any medical ground.I use to take,at a stretch, four glasses of water every day soon after I wake up in the early morning,before taking tea and any refreshment.I normally give at least a gap of one hour after taking water in the morning before taking any snacks and tea. This habit helps me a great deal in keeping a perfectly balanced health and mind. Thanks.

You are absolutely right, drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day is very good for you. And who doesn't want to feel fresh and juicy all day? I really should drink more water but recently have discovered green tea and love it. Which is better than all the Sprite Zero's I was drinking.
