you do not have to request payment.it automically comes in your paypal.if you have reached the payout this month,then you will get your pay on or before 15th of next month.

u dont have to request payment. once u reach the minimum payout u have selected, u'll be selected for payment and congrats message will be displayed in ur earnings page... u will be paid before the next 15, if u qualify for payment this month.. so dont worry!

Oh no my friend, you don't have to request from them, at the end of the month every user who have reached their minimum pay out have to wait until the 15 th of the next month to receive their pay out from which ever account thy have, so now you will have you dollars on or before October 15.
