which job will u prefer?govt or pvt?

Hi, I don't know how it works in your country, but over here, the government salaries are not high; though the benefits are good - medical, insurance, loans. Moreover they have pension schemes for retirees, with all the medical and health benefits in place. And I understand that the stress level is lower - you don't have to work so hard. Yet for me, I find that career development and advancement in the government is very slow, and the work lacks challenges. So I opt to work in private organisations. Work is hard; deadlines and targets are crazy - yet the rewards are great - monetary, job satisfaction, promotions! Believe you will work out what you really want for your career and future!
