About eight years ago, I used to smoke almost a packet every two days. I decided to stop not to hear my wife's nagging and the doctors continuous advice to stop smoking. Smoking is really addictive and when I had respirative problems I quit smoking once and for all.

I smoke and I can quit if I have to and I think I am going to have to cause I don't have enough money with all my bills . It will be hard cause I am addicted but I will quit if I have no choice . I used to smoke and then I quit and now I smoke again and it will be hard to quit but if I put my mind to it I know that I will be able to quit again if it means saving me some money that I need to pay off my bills .

you can never know for sure unless you are in their shoes.. but for starters. .. jus try to avoid the best thing you always look forward to in your daily life and see if you can survive the emptiness it leaves in your mind.. that will give you an idea of the amount of will required to do such a thing..
