Do you cook for yourself

If my husband is not home I usually don't cook for myself. I'll grab something on the way home or eat something light. Now we're both on a soup and salad diet so I'm not doing too much cooking now anyway. That's the reason we need the diet is because I used to cook every single night and we would eat around 8:30 and then lay down after we've eaten which is definitely a no-no.
