Do you still wish on stars

even though im 22 i still catch myself wishing on a star im not sure why but i do it. i have also taught my kids to do it what about you

When I see a falling star, I do have some wishes but I know that nothing is going to happen...

I think that is a good thing to teach the kids that.. is a habit that gives hope and good thoughts to anyone.. when the moment to have children comes for me, I'll remember this discussion..

yes i still do it even though i know it is not going to come true when i was a kid it gave me hope so ive always done it and i teach my kids to do it

i'm 65 & i still wish on starts. don't know that it's ever done me any good but i guess it's just a habit.

yes it is a habbit and to me it gives a little hope and another way to think postive about things but like you said i cant say its done any good but i still do it

Hello,Heaven! Rubbish idea!It is superstitious believe of the people that if you wish while the star is falling( actually stars never fall)your wish will be fulfilled.Had it been so many people would prefer sitting out door and gazing to the sky to watch falling of stars to wish and change their fortune.But in fact nothing of that sort happens in any body's life.thanx.

well i know its supertious but i still enjoy it i dont do it in hopes that somethhing will come true . man bet you crush alot of peoples heart

I don't but my kids do and I am glad they can still believe in things like that right now. What was that song? If wishes were horses, then dreamers would ride? Someone help me - who sang that?

i still do that as well. though funny and awkward for some but i do not feel the same way as they feel or think it is. I enjoy doing it and that is matters most.

i still wish on a star, once i saw shooting star, and i wish before it gone, and about a month later, my wishes came true, even i wish for one thing, lol..

no your right theyve never came true but when i was a kid it gave me hoe so i just hold on to that hope
