Changing Women

It is a general opinion in the society that women are to accept the major burnt of the family whereas the men can manage anyway. To my consideration, the spectrum has been changing fast. It has been changing when the women armed with the education are capable of registering their potential presence in the job market smartly enough. I have noticed in some of the cases the men are rather liberal and their counterparts stand with their possessiveness over everything including their men. They are now taking the final decision and differ sharply if findings are not liked. As we are in a transitional phase the role of the new generation women may at times be surprising and my even seem to be not acceptable still.
