Do you talk on your phone while driving?
I've had many of my friends talk on the phone while drive when the cops pulld him/her over and took his/her card away.
1.do you think that is too stright 2.have you ever talked on the phone while driving?. Those are the two questions i've been whanting to ask mylotters.

1- It depends what the laws are in your area.
2- No. Where I live the law is that you have to use a hands free head set so I will not talk without using one and neither should anyone else. They give $200.00 tickets if caught, not sure about points against your license.

I conduct my business from my car about 50% of the time. I do talk while driving. I use a hands free system that works nicely for me.
