Transfering funds via alertpay to paypal

I was wondering if there was a way to transfer funds from my Alertpay account to my paypal account. I want to know because most PTC sites don't pay to paypal accounts, instead they pay to alertpay. So I was wondering if there was a way to move the money to paypal somehow. I did a quick google search and apparently there's a site called move-funds.com that allows you to move them but for a fee. I was wondering if there was a way to do it for free or at least a little cheaper. (Move funds charges 7.9% of the transfer amount) which is quite a bit.
