Which do you prefer - Cheddar or Mozarella Cheese ?

It really depends on the situation if I'm in the mood for melting it or on a sandwich. Both are great but they are better in different things. I like melting cheddar but I like mozarella for sandwiches and other things. This is just my opinion though and both are great.

I prefer chedder cheese in sandwiches but if I want to melt cheese and put it on food then I would use the mozarella. I think the mozarella is not as strong a cheesy taste as cheddar so I like that one on my food.

Hmm I like both, sometimes one more than the other. I tend to switch favorite a lot. xD
I like the sharpness of cheddar in soups and sandwiches, but i love the melty-ness of mozerall on pizza and in pasta dishes.

That's a tough question... I like both. I guess it just depends what you're using it for. To just eat it, I have no preference, I like both, but if I'm putting it on something, it depends what it is.

I am italian so I have to go with Mozarella it just goes better with the things I cook.
