Do your kids have a hectic scedule?

My children are 7 and 8
They have been in scouts for 2 and 4 years
This year my son 7 is playing football and daughter 8 in in gymnastics
So we are on the go most of the week
With School, Homework, Home and school meetings, girl scouts, boy scouts, gymnastics, football and games/meets on weekends.
With a little help from my husband we get it all done and even get to have dinner together 3 days a week.
I am thankfull for cell phones with calendars!
How do you handle you hectic scedule?

My children don't have a hectic schedule at all . My son is in soccer and they go to school but that is all they have for a schedule . There is nothing around here for children to do . When my son was younger he was in scouts and when the girls are older they will probably be in guides but other then that there is nothing for children to join in the area I am in except for hockey and figure skating but that is only for those with lots of money as the prices to have a child in this is way beyond our means .
I would like if there was more for the children to do as they are always bored and I believe this is why many young children get into trouble because they don't have anything to do !!
