It was mentioned in the announcement that they were originally letting people in slowly. Maybe they have not shifted from that to letting everyone in as smoothly as they thought they did. I am currently on it and it works well for me, but I have been on it for the entirety of the afternoon, and I could not get on on my mule account. Give it some time, it should work for you soon. Everything that Gaia releases is always very flawed for the first several hours or even the first several days.
