To apply mascara is easy,choose a color to suite you, I mostly use either black or black/brown. Close your eye and with either yor right or left hand(depends on which hand you use,start using the brush from top to bottom, stroke down on top , stroke up from the bottom. At the same time kinda wiggle the brush side to side gently to ensure good coverage. Now for the blush, choose alight natural blush shade, remember the word BLUSH. Smilewhere you see your apples on ypur cheek, that is where you swipe your cheek lightly with the blush brush, and gently carry it and up towards your temple. At this time you can take your same blush brush and swipe your eye lids,actually you do this before the mascara, then apply mascara. Hope this helps, take care. Purpleslipper.

you never mentioned blush or mascara, for work just try some powder,blush your cheeks and your eyelids,. Then try some mascara for a natural day time look,line your lips with a natural color pencil, then use a natural color lipgloss to set it off.

Opp! to me a makeup mean to use a foundation,compact powder and a lipstick! do i need a change also? Know what? i don't know how to put eye liner!! The last time somebody put a full make up to me was 11 years ago!!my wedding day!

If I'm going out all I use is foundation, powder, blush, and sometimes lipstick. If I have TIME, I use eyeliner and mascara but often I just let that go. It's been years since I've used eyeshadow. You might want to add blush to what you use.
