I had to go without milk products for a while and going without cheese was pretty awful. Now it's wheat that I have to avoid. So aside from the obvious, bread, pasta, cereal, what kinds of things have wheat in there as a hidden ingredient that I should look for?

I believe you want things that are gluten free. Usually these things are pretty expensive... but it's a pretty common diet for kids with Autism... so there are several recipes for gluten free breads and stuff. You can also find many gluten free items in the health section of the grocery store!

Or I suppose I could just stick to meat, fruit, veggies, corn, beans...
