Does your computer have this protective screen that reduces radiation exposure?

Do you use this screen meant to reduce radiation exposure? Do you know that we can get small doses of radiation from almost all technological equipment? How do you prevent this to happen when you work infront of the computer? Any tips you could contribute would be most appreciated.

I used to have one back in the day when I was using my CRT monitor.
But now that I have my laptop and it, obviously, used a LCD screen, I really don't find it necessary to use way. Not that I can find a way to put it in the laptop LCD anyways...
But still, I back when I was using it. It wasn't because I was worried of the radiation. But rather because I was a bit weird and somehow didn't knew you could adjust the screen brightness in the monitor itself. And I Just putted the protective screen so it didn't look so bright and annoying to the eye. Well dumb me xD.
