im convinced beautiful women generally get an easier time in life its just one of the great advantages of birth i guess

I think that there are some instances where an attractive female is employed and the employer wouldn't consider anyone else. For example, a receptionist who greets visitors to the business. Many employers, as well as the visitors, like to see an attractive smiling face. That doesn't mean that these women cannot do their job, because in so many cases they can but given the choice between 2 people who have the same skill level, many will choose the attractive female. :)

yeah ofcourse i bbelieve its unconsious as well naturally you are attracted towards beauty more often then not women with beautiful faces are able to perform their jobs well & excel for all the other reasons attached

I don't think so. Even if the girl pretty, doesn't mean she can do a better job rather than then them that are not pretty at all. In my own survey, most pretty womens tend to be "getting more attention" from their boss rather than completing task perfectly!

it is true that attractive women can get hired more than less attractive ladies, but it still depends on what job they are applying for. there are work for everyone, and the best gets hired right, what will the company do with your beautiful face if you can't even type or understand your work? :)

I think no one sees at the telephone operator but listen to her voise. So, either operator is beautiful or resembles ghost there'll no affect.

It depends on what kind of job you are looking at .........Joobs in the service industry would definitely promote beautiful women( arihostesses,etc) Jobs in the entertainement industry too prolly..........
But then almost every job where you ahve human uinteraction requires that you groom yourself ....and are not repulsive .......Most women do tkae care of this aspect,..............And thats where the men tryin to be macho lose out........Prolly thats what prompted you to aske this sexist question too:)

Ya its depend on the job because where its need to be a girl rather than boy they prefer them because in most of that type of job is to attract the customer or for any other purposes. but normally beautifull girls are selcted due to this reason only.
