Worst fear?

As a student, what's your worst fear? When I was in college, mine was falling down the stairway and landing with both legs up on the air. Not a lot of students fall down on the stairs but I think it would be really painful and embarrassing, especially if my crush is around! WHat about you? Any fears? Failing a test or getting caught while cheating? Do share! :)

Worst fear? Right now that would be failing my History class. If that happens that would be my most disappointing failure yet. This is because Ive been a consistent Dean's Lister without any effort. But this sem Im kinda more of anticipating of having a failing grade than fearing it. I do feel that Ive already failed. I wanna talk to my professor but she's not one who takes too kindly to share student grades before the actual release. I also have two possibilities as to why Ill fail so that makes the probability of failing in that class 67%. Not a very good statistic. Im failing academicwise in that class and also, I might fail because of absences and lateness. I do admit that Im mostly late but I still have some leeway not to fail. Unfortunately for me, I got sick for two days and so had to be absent from that class. Im not sure if that absences has made me go overboard and my failure official.

I guess for me, my worst fear as a student would be to be abandoned or rejected by all my classmates or friends, leaving me alone feeling lonely, timid and rejected. In fact, I have had such experiences when I was in school, so I really know what it likes to feel lonely where everyone just ignores you and you are left alone on your own. I feel this is really scary because on one side of the story, you may try to mix with people and try to start conversations, but people just move away from you; and on the other side of the story, other people might see you as anti-social because you always seem to be alone, even when it's not your fault when that happens. However, it's a good thing that more people are being more open to me and accept me for who I am...I hope I don't have to go through what I went through during my school years again, because it is indeed my worst fear!

I would say that my worst fear was of getting locked in the school/college all alone. I always used to feel very awkward when there were deserted rooms in colleges as everytime one expects to see students around. Other than that, I am sure failing in an examination is the fear many would have in common with me.
