Many organisations are treating people differently. I agree woman should be given some preferences. One of my friend who was outside his native for 16 years is not considered a transfer to his native where as a lady who requested for a transfer after just 2 years was given though a term is 3 years. Please look into one matter though ladies should be given preferences it should not be at the cost of this type cruelty

This happens everywhere, so why to crib. At times this has also been faced that in some organisations women are not given any major role to play they are put in lower places than men and also being a working lady even I have seen that women have to work twice as hard to be taken seriously. So this is another aspect.

I too disagree with these type of practices....once you join a firm there should b same HR policy followed and same shud b applicable for each n every person....in situations like this we hv to bring this in the notice of Higher Authority usually the Corporate / Head office...so that necessary actions can be taken.
