My toes are cold.

Over the past few days after moving into my accommodation for university, my toes have been cold during the day, I have socks on and my slippers are in another country (and I wouldn't want to ware them all the time). Its not cold out, quite sunny infact, and my window is open because it was getting a bit hot. Any ideas how I can keep my toes warm?
