Do you Still use Regular Postage Stamp or Metered Stamp?

When I was in the Philippines, I use the metered stamp when I send letters. 
I just noticed that in Canada, they are still into using the actual stamp when sending mails. Since I collect used and new stamps, I am very happy that it is still widely used here. I will have lots of chances to collect more.
How about you, what do you use.

When I need to send mail, I still use the regular stamps. Though I wish they would make some new ones instead of the same design every time.
