all of us have our favorite peevs when we go to bed. like me, i cannot sleep with just one pillow, my minimum requirement are two pillows but i can sleep with or without a blanket, it depends on how cold the weather or temperature inside the room. when it comes to sleeping,it just have to be simply perfect. some people can't sleep with the lights on, some can't sleep without a blanket, some needs to have a night light, there are some that can't sleep without his/ her partner beside him/ her.
how do you sleep at night? :)

Since my first pregnancy, last year, i can't sleep without a pillow, cushion or comforter in between my knees (when sleeping on my side) or under my knees (when sleeping on my back) I already had back problems and the pregnancy only worsened them, and doing that helps my back somewhat.

Ahh yes, I have to sleep in a particular way too. I ALWAYS have to have something covering me, and it HAS to fo over my toes, I hate when my foot slips out, because my feet tend to get cold first. And like you, I can't sleep with any less than 2 pillows, even if it hurts my neck sometimes lol. And I used to not be able to sleep without some sort of background noise, i.e. the TV or radio, but Ive grown out of that now.

A nice pillow, with or without a blanket (depends on the weather), a plush that my best friend gave me (I love to hang on to something during sleep) and music, classic and relaxating music. I think that's about it!

I can't sleep without blanket covering me even on hot weather, without pillow under my feet and two pillows under my head and sometimes I cuddle my long (hotdog) pillow. I sleep alone. I can't sleep with lights on so I need to cover my eyes when I'm sleepy during the day. Especially if my work is during night shift I really need to cover my eyes.

Pillow is just one of the things i need to have a good nights sleep. I need a night lamp and a bed sheet to take over me and on the top my hubby to be by my side. I have a habit of holding him tight as i sleep and without him sleeping wont be too easy.

I absilutely can not sleep without a pillow or blanket. I also can't sleep when it is too cold. I prefer sleeping with my husband, but I can sleep without him.

Hi, I must have my bolster to hug, and my blanket to cover me, even if the weather is hot (we usually have the air-conditioner on). The TV must be on, set on timer - the low sounds will lull me to sleep. And of course, my hubby - his snores are sometimes very comforting!

I am always comfortable sleeping with my sleeping wear and since our room is always cold i always have thick blanket with me or else i can't really sleep.I could sleep with just one pillow or even none at all.I don't have any problem with that.

I have been used to sleeping beside my other half... and since he has to work abroad, it has always been difficult for me to sleep... what I do, when he is not with me, I put his shirt on my pillow, so that I will feel that he is just beside me as always... this... i can't sleep without...

i can't sleep without my personal belongings near me like cellular phone, playstation portable and a notebook. I always turn my radio on and turn it off in the morning. I can't sleep with the lights on. I also have my teddy bear always beside me. xD

I can't sleep without a sheet :) It is a strange thing to need to go to sleep but I have always been like this . It doesn't matter how hot it is , I will turn the fan on full blast and then put the sheet on top of me . I always thought I was just being weird and then found out my mother is the exact same way and now it makes me wonder if this is not caused by heredity somehow . It can't be a cotton sheet either as I am unable to sleep with one of them . It has to be one that feels cool when I lay down . I also need lots of pillows and my husband beside me to get a good sleep . It is funny how we adjust to having someone beside us at night and find it hard to sleep when they are not there even though they take up half the bed on us :)

I like the room to be as dark and quiet as possible, but what I absolutely must have is some type of a garment on my body and a cover over me. No matter how hot the room is, I still have to be covered with at least a sheet.

Well, I've developed this habit where I have 4 pillows, no, I don't use them all, I just need them sprawled all out on the bed around me lol using one of course.
I also need one of the 2 cats in our house near the bed, under, at the foot, or by my head is all the same. Hrm, what else do I need...OH! the T.V. on the sleep timer, with either a t.v. channel, or a dvd playing. Don't believe I need anything else...sometimes I need a window open, that varies each night though, but it has nothing to do with if it's hot or cold....I just like a breeze ha ha.

For one, I have a terrible time falling asleep in unfamiliar settings, so when I'm on a trip I usually sleep fitfully the first night or two in a hotel. Also, hotels often don't provide enough pillows or they aren't fluffy enough.
I also have a night light at home.
What I really miss if I'm not at home in my own bed, though, is having at least one of my cats on the bed with me.
