Which dog of these is the best dog to own for a 20 years old college student?

First of all i live alone in an apartment,so dogs are not allowed inside,so the dog has to stay outside,second of all i want a dog that can join me in my daily morning sprints without getting tired,and last of all i want the dog to be male.
First Choise is a GERMAN SHEPHERED
Second Choice is a ROTTWEILER
Third Choice is a Doberman
i'm really confused between these three dogs,but if you have another choices please tell me!

Well, I don't suggest Rottweilers and Dobermans.
German Shepherd is kind of good though for your qualifications.
I could add up Belgian Malinois. 
They're just related to the German Shepherds. These kind of dogs are intelligent and very protective.
You could also try Retrievers, but I don't think they would do well alone outside. They're family pets.
But really, any from German Shepherds, Belgian Malinois and (Golden/Labrador) Retrievers would do well for you.

thanks very much 4 ur answer,actually before i was confused between the German Shepherd and the Doberman, but after watching THE DARK KNIGHT those Rooties got into my mind!:-)

You cannot go wrong with a German Shepherd! They can stay outside without problems, are very loyal, potective, and intelligent. Retrievers are great dogs as well but do not do well when left alone. The German Shepherd is a bit more independent and will fit your needs quite well. Good Luck.

From what you r telling us about your situation I would highly recommend the german shepard heres why- you live alone-GS are great guard/watch dogs 2- Threres no problem keeping him outside and they can be very smart obidient pets 3-very loyal 4-you run,GS have the best stamina/speed for short or long distances.thats my opinion
