Is Public Speaking really that HARD???? WHY??

Public speaking is somehow hard to do for certain ppl. However, some can do public speaking effortlessly. For me, i initially struggle doing it whenever i stand in front of a croud i start to tremble wishing the floor would suck me in. Have you ever experince this before or u have your own story plz discuss with us. TY.

I've experienced it a couple of times. I know how it feels but we must face it.
I think public speaking is hard as you must experience it to learn it. Usually when its your first time standing in front of a crowd you will be nervous. Nonetheless when you experience it from time to time it gets easier and by the time you've done enough it wouldn't really be that hard speaking publicly.

I was never good at public speaking in shcool because I was so shy that the thought of getting up in front of the class was enough to bring on a bad headache .
Now that I am older , I am not near as shy as I was when I was a child but I still would have a hard time getting up in front of a crowd of people and making a speech . I think one would have to be comfortable around people they didn't know and be a good writer to be confident in getting up in front of others .
