I know it's hard to believe but if you look closer we actually are all connected there is a definite bond that holds us all together. So why do people hate each other? This is a question I don't think anyone could answer but if you have an idea please post it...

So why do people hate each other?
Because we are the most arrogant, self absorbed, fearful species on the planet.....SOME forms of hate are in fact taught to us BUT there are also the types of hate that stem from fear of the unknown...then there is the hate that comes from self doubt and so on....No matter how you look at it though, all those things are part of our being arrogant, self absorbed and fearful...

At least, I don't anyone by no good reason. If someone is really hateful, he or she must deserve it! They don't have good manners or be rude or something, which make me hate them. Else, I am being unreasonable!

I think love comes naturally, but hatred is usually something that is passed on. It's felt by people who are influenced by the wrong messages.
Children think it you don't like someone you hate them, but hatred is not the opposite of loving and liking, it is often caused by ignorance and by prejudice.
What connects us all is the spirit, our common humanity, a basic love for our fellow humans. We are all part of a single species. Animals will fight others of their own species to possess or to dominate. We are no different.

You have a very astute observation here Jasward. I have pondered this question in my mind from time to time. We are all connected especially by being on one world together. We might as well just get along. I don't know why it is so easy for people to hate one another. To me it is a waste of time.
I believe that when you are busy hating each other or starting wars and the like it is just taking time away from yourself. People could be nurturing more love in their lives. It certainly would be more productive.
Sometimes I think that people place their priorities wrong and can also get caught up in jealousy of others and then the hatred begins. We need to look inward to ourselves more and count our blessings and what we have and then maybe nobody would be so worried about how they hate each other or how they are going to control everything. That is the best answer that I can come up with right now. Have a good day.

I think I know what you are referring to. We are all connected, it's part of the Universal law of attraction. Like attracts like as they say. I guess your thoughts whatever they may be tend to have an impact on someone that you are thinking about. The important thing is to always have positive thoughts about someone and then you will affect them in a positive way. Welcome to My Lot by the way. Andrew
