life without internet....!!!!

life without internet would be a mess. iam a college student and all my college information is ran from our school web site so when it shuts down for a day we are all screwed there are no assignments u cant few your grades or submit work. our whole world is all ran off of the internet from education to current events and i think many of us would not be able to function esp. without facbook

That would be a pain! Must be very old fashion and slow way of communicating and working. It'll be hard to do HWs and researches plus no chatting and other forms of entertainment! _

Tarun my dear, yes it would be hard for you to imagine life without the internet, because you have been having it from small. Many people wonder how one could live without television. When we were kids, television was yet to be relayed in India. But then we had so much to do. And mostly we played a lot. We used our very own imaginatons. We knew everybody down the road, their names, their interests, etc. We enjoyed each others festivals no matter what religion. It was so much fun. That does not mean I don't enjoy the internet. I do, plus I know its advantages. Just lets blend a little of the old and the new together and make our world a better place to live in.

It would be simple as it used to be about 15-20 years ago for me. I would read newspapers late during mid day instead early morning, reading the online edition. I would have to go to a travel agent to book a holiday abroad instead of doing it online.

I remember when their was not a Internet and we made it just fine because we did not know the difference. I first resisted getting a computer because I thought what a waste of time and money but then I discovered games and decided a computer might be fun from their I went to the Internet and after that all was lost I loved it. We are very adaptable people and if we no longer had the Internet we would miss it but manage to get along without it. As for myself I probably would get a lot more accomplished. I am speaking for myself not the world and how everything we do is tied into the Internet. Should the Internet cease to be I think it would have a huge impact on everything that we do, from finances to shopping to research, medical. No internet is a scary thought becasue we depend on it for far too many things.

life without internet.......definitely an experience. Its not that we are non existent without the net, but i think it would be the other way round. You will be able to explore yourself, will become more of an individual rather than having a virtual & almost invisible existence in this small world of net.ofcourse....we gain a lot of insites..getting friends & having fun.....but i say ther's definitely a wonderful world outside the internet. Don't you agree ???
