Paternity leave

I never got maternity leave when my wife was pregnant with both of my sons. It would have been great if I did so I could have been there to help them settle in, she was able to get her mom to come over for awhile. I do think guys should get sometime at least 2 weeks or something to help out with things.

Most definitely I think guys that are there with their wife/girlfriend/child's mother deserve paternity leave as well.So they can help with changing the pamper,feedings throughout the night.To help with caring for the child.I had a coworker who took it to be with his wife.I thought that was awesome.My job obviously offers it cause he sure did take off.Take care and enjoy your day!! disvachic
