Can I worship at home?

I am not advocating avoiding church all together or fellowship with believers. What do you think about worshipping from home? Can't this private worship be just as good? For that matter could you not worship in the mountains, at the beach or where ever?

God is everywhere kindredspirits so as far as I am concerned, worship is worship! I turned my back on organized and structured religion a long time ago and very rarely set foot in a Church at all anymore. I believe in God and I have a relationship with God; I just choose to do so on my own personal terms. If you are a Christian then yes, you could arguably state that your attitude towards Christianity is not as disciplined as a person who DOES go to Church; but it definitely doesn't mean you are any less spiritual.

Thats the way I feel. It is more about my attitude than location.

Faith and religious discovery in whatever form should ultimately become a personal journey and not dictated to you by anyone or structured in any rigid fashion. I am tagged as a Christian by birth yet I try to embrace a number of ideals from many different theological sources. It has allowed me to be far more tolerant of other faiths and to also satisfy many unanswered questions I came across when focusing on the one path only. It is not for everybody and frowned upon by many; but it works for me! I wish you luck with your own journey!

I believe so we can worship God in any place we like as long as we are in the proper disposition to do so. Worshiping and thinking God alone, I love to do prayers in the mountains, it gives me the calmness of the body and the spirit I need to fully talk to God.
