When will people get banned by MyLot???

Well, I guess there are different intensities of violations. Like stealing and murder. They're both crimes, but of course, murder would have a heavier punishment than stealing, right?

Everyone of us are just violating some rules. Everyone could not follow all the rules and regulations properly. Just check my above comment.

Whatever it is. A prior warning must be given if anyone does any mistakes repeatedly or atleast the reason must be stated when they are banned. Right???

They tried to contact them and didn't get any replies from them.

I think a person has to be widely considered as infamous. If only I consider a person as insufferable, I don't think he/she will be banned. It should be many people's opinion.

If a single member keeps on reporting abuse, is there a chance to get banned????

Those people didn't do anything like that. Only after getting banned, one of my friend opened another account. Till then he had one account only.

I don't think multiple account must be of any problem here at mylot!! Though we might have multiple account but it's our individual effort which gets paid here. We don't get paid for opening account at mylot so don't think multiple account must of much problem at mylot May be because of violation of rules he got banned.

Hi lovenluck. Multiple accounts is against the guidelines. Its the first one being stated. Lol. The concept in that is, if one has multiple accounts, they can create a discussion in one account and can respond from other accounts just to earn a lot. Thats why its against rule.

Dude, if your earnings decreased then it means some of your posts were deleted because of a violation. Typical newbie attitude, accusing mylot because of something that was their fault in the first place.

I don't think mylot earnings has problems. I just started 3 new discussions yesterday. Didn't post anything else and I was paid more than 30 cents. Mylot earnings will never have any errors. Even for this banning, they will be having some reasons. My point is that they should give warning before banning. Even if the person continues the same, they can just ban them and send them an email stating the reason. That will be a right procedure.

Ya even they knew the rules and regulations. I don't think they violated any of those. They used another language to speak. But that was not regular I guess. Speaking once in Tamil makes them get banned huh??? Then thats a severe punishment. They should be given some warning before banning.

We cant say. They must have done something without their knowledge, but they must be given a warning saying that they will be banned if they repeat this. There must be a second chance for them. What say???

Ya you are right. We will be banned if we have more than one accounts. They don't have like that also. I am sure about that. And they tried to contact mylot admin also. But they didn't get any response.

Nope. Mylot admin is not replying them it seems. One friend just got tired and now created a new account. He says that if this happens again, he will just leave working with mylot. We all should help them someway I think. Atleast they should give a warning before banning them and should give the reason after banning them. Right???

Mylot really pays. That I can assure you. I've been paid. As for banning because they've earned more than what mylot can pay, I don't think that's the case either. Mylot can't pay $30?! But there are others who earn more than that. And what about the number of people who are qualified for payout? Remember, minimum payout is $10. Let's say there are like 1000 members who were qualified for payout. That would mean, they'd have to pay $10,000. If they can pay this amount, why can't they pay for the measly 30 bucks? And I should also mention the custom minimum payouts. By default, the minimum is $10, but you can set them to 25, 50 or 100. Why would they offer such options if they can't sustain them?

I don't think that it can be a reason. If its so, then I must be banned by now. That guy who made $30, made that in 2 months. Making $30 in 2 months is not a big deal here. And the other 2 just got qualified for their payout. They joined this site last month itself. I don't think that can be the reason. And they tried to contact the admin also. But they didn't get any reply it seems.

I don't think that these people violated the rules. Hope you must have read the guidelines. 1) It says that we have to check if the discussions exists already before posting a new one. Are we doing????? 2) It says that we should read all the responses that are given already before giving our response. Are we doing when its more than 20 responses??? 3) It again says in Don'ts "Start discussions promoting a milestone, such as birthdays, anniversaries, reaching a certain myLot rating, etc. This is best celebrated via private messaging with your myLot friends." Again we can see so many discussions like that also. Then are those people banned???? Nope. They are still here. Even I do these. This is not to hurt you. I am just saying in general. And my friends tried to contact mylot admin where they didn't get any responses.
