Yes, neobux have paid me twice and I like their instant payout feature. The referrals are only available for rented there, but not for purchase. So, what I did was rented the referrals for a month and it's up to us whether we want to keep them for another month.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure neobux is a site to be trusted. It has had a great reputation in fast payouts and one of my friends in myLot geminipunk reported in one of his discussions that neobux is implementing this rule that encourages all members to be active to get referral commissions.
It should be worth the investment, though I haven't tried it. Let us know how it goes.
