How do you positively explain your weekness in an interview

You can try to avoid it or change the subject to one of your strength, if this fails ask how the employers can help you get better in this weekness ask if they do any special training.

I say I am hardworking and so the care taker doesn't like it when I arrive so early and go home so late. I mention that my weakest subject is PE so I use a folder of someone else's ideas rather than my own plans. I say that I am terrible at singing but the children don't mind. I used to be awful with computers but I have learned a lot and can now teach in the IT room without any difficulties. Yes, that is a tough question to get at an interview. Another bad question I once had was "what was your worst lesson and why"?

I never figured a way out for this question. Usually I end up answering my emotions are my major weakness. hehehe
