Ocean water is salt water. One teaspoon of ocean water will make you delirious and die if you have no other water. I would save my urine and put a piece of plastic over it to save the pure water that gets collected on the top and drink that. I would save rain water and try to stay alive the best I could.

I will not drink it straight away. Yes, we need water to survive, however salt water will only make us more thirsty. There is a way of obtaining water from sea water. Let the sea water evaporate and condense, then let it drip into a bowl / cup. You can drink it from there.
