What can you achieve in 100 days?

Instead of waiting for January 1 to make a new start, you could do it now and achieve something by the end of the year. There are still one hundred days left!
I set myself a goal this year, and am well on the way to achieving it, but I have also set some new goals to reach by year end.
- If you needed an extra $100 and started trying to make $1 a day, or saving $1 a day, you would have it by the end of the year.
- If you needed to lose weight, you could try losing a little each day and see in the New Year at your ideal weight!
- If you were thinking about starting a blog, it would be three months old and have 100 posts on it by December 31.
What would you really like to do in the next hundred days?

i would like to see myself not at the top of my career but maybe where i deserve to be
i would like to make new friends while keeping others and to cover the problems that come in my path in a humble fashion
if i can achieve this, my 100 days would be worth a year

Well, I think that I will probably reach 10000 posts by the end of this year and it is also my goal to reach it. Last year I reached 5000 post at the end of the year. So I am expecting the same. lol

A very good point! There is no time like the present. If you want something to happen, start now!
I recently subscribed to a course of short emails from Mike Brescia called Today is Your Day to Win. They are easy to read and end with a few positive suggestions which you are encouraged to copy onto a 3 x 5 card and read several times during the day. There are 99 emails in the course (but they take a little longer than 99 days to arrive because of weekends).
You, too, could subscribe here: http://www.todayisyourdaytowin.com/ (that is NOT a referral link, by the way!).

I have never really thought about only 100 days left of the year. But it is a really good idea. My goal for the next 100 days will be losing those extra pounds that I packed on while having this back injury. I need to take this weight off and I will take it off in the next 100 days. Just a little bit everyday does alot of difference. Another goal is that I have just started physio. I will be in extensive physio for the next little while and try to get things in order.

I'm really not good with goals. My goal has been to make more money online. September has been a great month for me. I have received payment from 4 different sites, amounting to $100 this month alone. I would love to double that amount by 100 days. I think I will strive to do that! Thanks for starting this wonderful discussion. You have forced me to think a little into the future!

The amount of money I make online every month is part of my goal. It is good to think ahead and see how much better you will be do over the next three months. I wish you every success, and I'm sure you can at least double the amount you earn.

Is it really only 100 days left? LOL! You're making an interesting topic, paid2write. I would like to save more than that. I would start to make 10 bucks a day so that I would be able to reach $1000 in the end of this year LOL. I believe that it isn't impossible to do. I would get the $1000 starting from now. LOL. Thank you for making such a good motivation for me :) Have a nice day

Well, I already started my blog but I don't post daily more on every other day or two but I'm planning on doing it a daily habit. So, here's my list for what I want to achieve in now less than a hundred days:
1. Earn Php 25,000 or $500 by the end of the month. Not necessarily through online alone but with my allowance as well. The money is for gifts, my teeth whitening, closet change, etc.
2. Lose 10 pounds by New Year.
3 Complete my Series DVD collection.
4. Organize and attend parties for my friends and for the holidays. This week alone, I'll be having 2 surprise parties and 2 dates with my friends.
5. Make lots and lots of memories before the year ends.
and most importantly,
6. Ace my final interview for Dubai. A job at the beginning of the year is like good omen, right? It's a good way to start the year knowing that you have a job and that you'll be earning your own money in a real working place.

I think there are a lot of good things happening for you before the year ends, and a new job to look forward to in the new year would be great. I hope it all goes well for you. Have a happy hundred days.

I like the idea of earning one dollar a day in Mylot so that I could have one hundred dollars in 100 days.
That is a nice post.
The next 100 days should be very important for us.

Hi, good question you have there - I've never seriously thought about the 100 days or what I can achieve in this period.
Well, the one thing I really want to do something about in this short time is my writing. Thanks to your kind help and advice, I've started some writing and sent them to Helium and Triond. These articles have been published, and it's a start. I would want to devote more time and energy towards this.

Thanks for the motivation. For me I was actually planning to get into something new within the next 100 days. Maybe a new routine for my magic tricks or maybe a new job hopefully. Hopefully too I could get more money in the next 100 days. Of course the Holidays are coming again and that means spending a lot again...

It is a time for spending more, but I hope you will also find you can get more money from whatever you plan to do in the next 100 days.

The next hundred days are challenging. I am looking after a departmental store and i am trying to increase teh turnover. I aim to increase the turnover by at least 20% in these 100 days. That is not a difficult target considering that the festive season is about to start. I hope I can make it.
I wouldalso lkike tomake my lot earnings touch the figure of $25 in these 100 days. Can I do it?? One dollar in 4 days. difficult but not impossible.

I used to work in a book store and the three months leading up to Christmas were always the most profitable of the year. It can get really hectic but I'm sure it will be worth it for you, and you can easily reach your myLot goal at the same time!

1. Break up with him and have a week of heart rest (hehe)
2. respond to discussions here and earn as much as i can so that i could have a present for myself ( more cents a day target)
3.save some from my earnings so that i could buy a gift for my loved ones

what a neat thought! i can't believe that there are only 100 days left until the end of the year! wow- the months have just flown by. i still can't believe that september is already almost over! i am excited that fall is here, though, and soon it will be thanksgiving and christmas, my two favorite holidays! i will definitely have to think about what you said. i am not really one for making new year's resolutions, at least not just because it is a new year. if i have something to do or accomplish i will just do it whenever. i should make a list of what i can accomplish in 100 days and see how many i can stick with. thanks for the enlightening post! :)

you are right about the time passing so much quicker the last 3 months of the year! i think maybe because there are so many holidays packed in at the end of the year- halloween, then thanksgiving and finally christmas and new year's- that they all just come and go and leave us wondering where the time went! i am one of those people who feels depressed after christmas is over. it is by far my favorite holiday, and there is so much excitement and time spent leading up to it, and then it is come and gone in the blink of an eye!

This is an interesting topic. It makes me feel "empowered & inspired" so thank you. I think I wanna do the weight loss option. Although the change of seasons is a little depressing. May be hard to to transistion. But imagine that ringing in the new year already having completed your resolution.

To lose weight it would be easy really by eating a little more than I do drinking less coffee and drink water instead and a littlebit more exercise each day..if I put my mind to it it would be great but at the moment I just can't find the enthusiam to do it...littleowl

Maybe you should just enjoy your hot coffees over the next hundred days and not worry too much about it. You can drink more water in the summer months.

I have set myself a goal to have made $100 by then!
Shouldn't be too hard, and about $40 of that will be off this site alone, so I'm not majorly worried!
I need the money for my Christmas shopping though, I have so many people to buy for this year!
I would also like to lose a little weight, but I doubt I will be able to manage that when I have to work so hard on the internet, I have no time for excersize at the moment because of work and college.

Yes you can earn a nice amount at myLot in 100 days, and combined with other money making sites you can ensure you get your $1 a day. Happy myLotting.

I never thought my thoughts collide with yours. I have also thinking what to I could accomplish during the 100 days before the year ends. Well, I started having my training in three different software in Architecture and Civil Engineering and Designing. It took me three modules, I was hoping to accomplish this before New Year fall. This is an advance study for me to further my course, I was able to set this goal because I feel the need to accomplish something new this year.

What could you do in 100 days?
You could escape from your island captivity, make it back to mainland France, raise an army from people you meet and convince on the way to Paris, re-seize the state, take the country to war with the great powers of Europe, be on the verge of winning, then get an upset stomach, spend the rest of the battle on the loo, lose, and get sent to an island even further away than the one from which you just came.
Just some suggestions...
