just a month

i was a chain smoker. i smoked 2 pac in a day.I started smoking at the age of 14.now i am 25.i gave up last 8 months.it was hard at the begenning.but i tried to smoke less and less and finnally i quit.and i fell well.but yes!if i go any party, may be i smoke a stick.it is more then enough for me.

I tried doing that for a day, but gave up as I start getting head ache and feel drained. However I reduced a lot and slowly giving it up.
