setting up a bank transfer in paypal and alertpay??

hi guys i was trying to set up an account in both so as to request money however i am stuck and confused.what is bank routing number and bank code for POSB AND DBS??haha i am from singapore so if anyone please help me.thanks.another question for the others who might not know, which one do you prefer?paypal or alertpaY?thanks PEOPLE!happy mylotting
