ebay i s very safe site for buying and selling ecspecially since you have a paypal account usually all items are shipped in a timely manner the one thing you need to know is make sure you know what your paying for ask as many questions as you like because alot of people sell as is
as for selling just sign in and go to the sell your item part it will ask for a short decsption of what you are selling then it will give you a list and you chose which one then it walks you right through it just make sure you are very detailed about your product in my opioin it is best to excpet only paypal payments and give them a limit such as 2-4 days payment must be recived or you will relist and report a nonpayer

you have to be very careful with ebay. there is a lot of fake products out there. I'm not blaming ebay. You just have to do your research. Actually check out their website, they have a nice tutorial on how to buy and sell on ebay.

I was not able to buy in ebay. I am not familiar of the site either. I just heard it always and it seems everybody knows it except me. I just ignore it and i am not interested to buy on ebay. Someone told me to start my business in ebay by selling with them but i did go with it because i had other plans. But as what had people say ebay is safe..so its up to you anyway.

I've never had a problem with selling or buying on e-bay. Also for the buying everything that i had bought was here in time except for on a sunday cause the mail dont run on sunday here so It takes one extrat day. and a lot of the time you'll get a tracking number for the idems you bought to keep up with it and see where its at. But all and all its very safe.

yes, ebay is fairly safe and i have bought from and sold a few things on ebay and have had no problems. the only problems that i have experienced was a package getting lost in the mail (obviously not the sellers fault, but the postal services fault) and i got refunded the money i spent.

I have surfed e-bay before when I was bored and I wanted to try and find something I was looking for,I have never actually purchased anything from e-bay as I do not trust them because it is like a online auction and I do not think you can completely trust that you will get what you order in a good condition,my fiance agrees with me and neither one of us will use e-bay we prefer to use Amazon.com because it is more trusted, and you do not have to bid on items, you just order it,and we have ordered a few things from Amazon.com and have been satisfied every time.

Well, I can't say that e-bay is safe place to transact since I've never tried buying item through online.. Actually, I'm also a member in e-bay and I'm selling some of my items their but no one interested to buy my items still I'm hoping that they will be able to like it.. Well, I think just follow the tips and procedures in e-bay then I think you will be safe in there.. Just always make sure that the transactions that you will be doing is legal and you know somehow the background of that person..

My brother orders stuff from E-bay, and from what I know, he's never had a problem. I'm not really familiar with selling, but I'm pretty sure you have to pay a fee of 5 dollars (?) to list an item. You mainly need to check the feedback of buyers and sellers, just to make sure. If you pay by Paypal, they have a 45 day refund if an E-bay seller scams you if you wait a certain about of time, and report it before 45 days after the auction ends.

I love ebay. I've bought things worth $50 USD for less than $10 USD. I've never sold, so I'm sorry I can't help you there. But I hear its easy to sell, whether it be auctions or an ebay store.

I've been buying and selling on eBay for about 7 years, and have yet to encounter a problem that couldn't be resolved by communicating with the other party. Sellers are supposed to post items within 7 days of receiving payment, so most things are sent quickly.
As a buyer, if you pay by Paypal, you are covered in that way monetarily, or if you fund your Paypal with a credit card, then obviously you would have the same level of buyer protection as if you were on the high street.

I have both bought and sold on ebay, and I have never had a problem. There are the occassional scam artist type people but for the most part I think most sellers are honestly trying to make money.
I've used it for a few years. I have bought and sold everything from cars, clothes, software, books, yard tools, shoes, office equipment, microwave, camera, computer, etc. OMG the list goes on forever. You can find both new and used stuff for incredible savings.
Ebay also has a rating system for sellers. You can look at the number of items sold and the feedback from every customer. This will give you a pretty good idea of who you are dealing with. Also alot of the sellers are actually companies and not individuals so its pretty safe. Also if you pay with paypal or via credit card you have the same protection as if you went in to a storefront.
