penny for good luck

Have you ever been walking around somewhere or you are in a room and you find a penny on the floor? Do you pick it up or keep walking? It doesn't matter where i am at. If I find a penny, I pick it up. I feel like if I don't, I will have some sort of bad luck. Is that weird? Do you pick up pennies everytime you see it?

I always pick pennies up no matter where I see or find them, in parking lots, in stores, any where on the ground. I don't know whether it is good luck or bad luck. I look at it as it takes pennies to make a dollar.
