Every single death or injury could be caused by drunk driving is totally preventable.All though with strict law rules the proportion of alcohol-related crash has dropped down significently.Unfortunatley inspite of great progress,alcohol impaired driving still remains a national problem that tragically effects all victims anually..therefore this discussion is dedicated to the memory of one randomly selected victim of a DRUNK DRIVER.
