Whats the different in between ATX motherboard and Micro-ATX motherboard?

Recently goin to get my pc a new motherboard. Would like you guys to give me suggestion for ATX and m-ATX board. And let me know the different in between. Thanks.

Micro atx power supply is smaller compared to ATX thus it has reduced power output. Micro edition is produced to reduced cost on all the components fit inside the cabinet.

If I remember correctly, the only real difference is Micro motherboards are smaller, so will fit in a smaller case.
