Has anyone ever tried any of the Spy Tech stuff from Burn Notice?

I'm not talking about the explosive stuff but... well... mainly the cell phone stuff. Who knew you could do so much with a cell phone?!
It's a bug! It's a tracking device! It's a.. phone!
But, seriously, I've always wanted to try some of the spy tech hints and tips that he gives out but, by the time it occurs to me, I've alredy forgotten the instructions.
Has anyone else tried them (or wanted to)?

I have not tried any of the tips that are given on the show but often wondered if they are really true. I mean I would assume that the tips are partially true but I would think they wouldn't blatantly give out real hints because people would want to try them and damage their phones or hurt other people and then the show would be sued etc.

Nah,too complicated for me little brain...Plus I don't have that many cell phones to spare.Wish they went into more detail about how to use cell phones to bug people...
